Should the owner of any residential rental dwelling unit fail to make said dwelling unit available for any scheduled inspection, or fail to notify the village of the necessity to reschedule an inspection, at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled inspection, additional fees may apply in such amounts as shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Village Council.
