§ 150.17 CONFLICT OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE WITH THE VILLAGE CODE.
   (A)   When a provision of the International Property Maintenance Code is in conflict with any provision of the code of ordinances of the village currently existing or hereafter enacted, to the extent permitted by law, the provision which establishes the highest standard for the promotion and protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the village shall prevail.
   (B)   In case of any conflict between this chapter and any other provision of this code of ordinances, that provision which imposes the more stringent requirement shall take precedence.
