(A) The village hereby adopts the “International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 (Second Printing)”, and as amended, as the Property Maintenance Code of the village for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided.
(B) Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of the Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes prescribed as follows: Section 101.1. Insert: Village of Holly.
(C) The person designated as the Village Building Official by the Village Manager is the officer responsible for administering and enforcing this section.
