(A) A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by 90 days in jail and/or a fine of $500.
(B) A violation of this chapter shall also be deemed a public nuisance subject to abatement by the Circuit Court.
(C) The village may confiscate and dispose of any fireworks possessed or used in violation of any provision of this chapter.
