§ 133.02 REGISTRATION

(A) All persons owning and/or leasing or occupying residential premises upon which an alarm system has been installed and maintained shall register each alarm system within ten days of installation on a form provided by the village.

(B) All persons owning and/or leasing or occupying commercial premises upon which an alarm system has been installed and maintained shall register each alarm system within ten days of installation on a form provided by the village, and shall update the registration on an annual basis.
