§ 132.03 OBSTRUCTING PEDESTRIAN OR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or assist in obstructing pedestrian traffic on the sidewalks or pedestrian or vehicular traffic in any street or alley in the village.
