If the cable operator shall fail to comply with any provision of the Cable Act, the FCC Rules, any rates, orders, or determinations, any requirements of this chapter, or any rules or regulations promulgated under this chapter, in order to enforce compliance therewith, the village may pursue any legal or equitable remedy available under the Cable Act, the FCC Rules, this chapter, or any other law.
