§ 115.12 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   In addition to rules promulgated under § 115.03, the Village Council may, by resolution, adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of basic tier cable service rate regulation proceedings consistent with the Cable Act and the FCC Rules.
