The annual fee, payable in advance, for taxicab business licenses shall be $50, plus $25 for each taxicab operated. Whenever the number of taxicabs so operated shall be increased during the license year, the licensee shall immediately notify the Village Clerk-Treasurer and pay to him or her the additional fee.
