Upon receipt by the Village Manager or his or her designee, copies of the application for a permit required by this subchapter shall be forwarded to the Police Chief, Fire Chief, Community Development Department, and to such other appropriate public officials as the Village Manager or his or her designee deems necessary. Such officers, departments, and officials shall review and investigate matters relevant to the application and within four days of receipt thereof shall report their findings and recommendations to the Village Manager or his or her designee.
