In all cases where the carrying on of the trade, profession, business, or privilege involves the use of any structure or land, a registration therefor shall not be issued until the Zoning Administrator shall certify that the proposed use is not prohibited by zoning regulations of the village, or is a legal nonconforming use as defined by Ch. 157. In cases of legal nonconforming uses, the zoning certificate so shall indicate.
