§ 110.02 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage, or be engaged, in the operation, conduct, or carrying on of any trade, profession, business, or privilege for which a registration is required by any provision of this chapter without first obtaining a registration from the village in the manner provided for in this chapter.
