§ 93.06 ENFORCEMENT; REMEDIES.
   (A)   The village may enforce this chapter and rules promulgated under this chapter through an action commenced pursuant to § 90.99(B) or any other appropriate action authorized by law.
   (B)   In addition to any other enforcement action authorized by law, a person alleging a violation of this chapter may bring a civil action for appropriate injunctive relief, if the person has used the public place within 60 days after the civil action is filed.
   (C)   The remedies under this section are independent and cumulative. The use of one remedy shall not bar the use of other lawful remedies or the use of a lawful remedy by another person.
