§ 92.097 UNLAWFUL STORAGE OF BUILDING MATERIALS.
   No person shall place or leave, or cause to be placed or left, building materials on public premises within the village, nor keep, store, or cause or permit to be placed, left, kept, or stored building materials on private premises, except within the walls of a previously erected building within the village unless there is in force a valid building permit issued by the village for construction upon said property and said materials are intended for use in such construction, or unless such storage is explicitly permitted by the zoning chapter, see Ch. 157.
