§ 92.080 PLACING OR DISCHARGING WASTE MATTER, RUBBISH, AND THE LIKE INTO RIVERS, LAKES, OR STREAMS.
   No person shall place, deposit, throw, or empty, or permit to be placed, deposited, thrown, or emptied into the waters of the village, or any other body of water within the village, any dead carcass or any decaying animal, vegetable or mineral matter, or any waste, oil, coal, tar, or sawdust, or any chemical refuse or any industrial waste, or any straw, hay, green boughs, manure, cord wood, vegetables, excrement, bones, horns, shells, meats, hides, offal, rubbish, garbage, or any other substance of any unwholesome, unsightly, malodorous, contaminating, polluting, or obnoxious nature.
