Whenever any person shall be convicted of a nuisance that may be injurious to the public health, the court may, in its discretion, order said nuisance to be removed or destroyed at the expense of the defendant, under the direction of the Village Council, and the form of the warrant to the County Sheriff or other officer may be varied accordingly.
