§ 71.05 PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES.
   It shall be unlawful for any parents, legal guardian, legal custodian, or other person having the responsibility or custody of any minor child under the age of 17 years to assist, aid, abet, allow, permit, or encourage said minor to violate the provisions of § 71.04(B), either by overt act, by failing to act, or by lack of supervision and control over said minor. The fact that a minor under the age of 17 is apprehended while violating § 71.04(B) shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section and subject to the same fines and penalties as the juvenile offender.
