§ 70.05 ADOPTION OF MOTOR VEHICLE CODE.
   The State Motor Vehicle Code, Public Act 300 of 1949, being M.C.L.A. §§ 257.1 to 257.923 is hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein
