The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall publish the ordinance from which this chapter derived in the manner required by law and shall, at the same time, publish a supplementary notice setting forth the purpose of the said Uniform Traffic Code and of the fact that complete copy of the Code is available at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for inspection by the public at all times.
