§ 50.02 EXTENSION OF THE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM BEYOND VILLAGE BOUNDARIES.
   The water system and/or the sewer system of the village shall be extended to serve customers outside the boundaries of the village upon the affirmative vote of five members of the Village Council.
