§ 33.065 SURPLUS SUPPLIES.
   (A)   All agencies shall submit to the Village Manager at such times and in such form as he or she shall prescribe an inventory of all supplies which are no longer used or which have become obsolete.
   (B)   The Village Manager shall have the authority to transfer surplus supplies to other agencies.
