§ 91.02  CITY POLICY.
   (A)   It is the policy of City Council to implement programs to ensure equal opportunity in housing for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
   (B)   The Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 expands coverage to include disabled persons and families with children.
