Service to any property, landowner or water user receiving his, her or its water supply from the city water system shall be contingent upon compliance with all requirements of the rules and regulations of the state’s Department of Environmental Quality and of this chapter pertaining to cross-connections. Service shall be discontinued to any premises, water user or property owner for failure to comply with such regulations. Discontinued service will not be reestablished until the city has approved compliance by that particular premises, water user or landowner with such requirements of the rules and regulations of the state’s Department of Environmental Quality and of this chapter pertaining to cross-connections.
