(A) The water deposit shall be $100. The deposit will be returned upon the account closing. Any unpaid balance will be subtracted from the deposit.
(B) Payments are due on the tenth of the month and are considered late on the eleventh.
(C) If payment has not been received on or before the tenth, a $10 late fee will be assessed.
(D) Accounts that are not current by the eleventh will receive a disconnection notice and water will be turned off on the fifteenth. A $35 reconnection fee will be charged to accounts whose meters have been turned off and will be payable prior to reactivation.
(E) Checks returned for “insufficient funds” will be charged a $35 processing fee.
