5.70.050: LICENSE APPLICATION; INVESTIGATIONS:
Applications for a license under this chapter shall be referred to the fire department and shall comply with applicable rules and regulations of the Salt Lake city-county health department. Findings shall then be forwarded, along with recommendations, to the license official for referral to the mayor. (1999 Code)
