5.70.030: EXEMPTIONS:
Nothing in this chapter shall apply to care given to relatives in the homes of parents, legal guardians, grandparents, brothers, sisters, children, uncles, aunts, or daycare centers, or as part of the program of an educational institution regulated by the boards of education of the state, or as part of the program of a parochial or other private institution. (1999 Code)
