A. Rules And Regulations: The mobile home area shall be subject to the rules and regulations as set up by the city or its designee.
B. Litter And Rubbish Not Present: Mobile home parks shall be kept free of litter and rubbish.
C. Fire Extinguishers: Portable fire extinguishers of a type approved by the fire chief or his authorized representative shall be kept in service buildings and at all other locations designated by the fire chief, and shall be maintained in good operating condition.
D. Permitted Fires: Fires shall be made only in stoves and other equipment intended for such purposes.
E. Fire Hydrants: Fire hydrants shall be installed in accordance with the plans and in accordance with the requirements of the fire chief under city ordinances. (1999 Code)
