When a hazardous breach of service occurs on the customer side of the point of delivery, or such event serves to jeopardize service to other customers on the system, the town reserves the right to suspend customer service, without notice, until such situation is corrected. Breaches of service include, but are not limited to, improper or inadequate sewage facilities; water leaks; a resident providing any town services to another resident; and facilitating another water connection on the same property which also includes travel trailers, outbuildings used as a residence and the like.
