For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. An individual, company, corporation, partnership or other entity and their officers, agents, servants and employees.
PUBLIC PROPERTY. Includes, but is not limited to, streets, alleys, easements, ditches, lakes, parks, buildings and other public places, improvements and personal property, and also includes, but is not limited to any property owned or held in trust for the public by the Town of Holiday Lakes, Texas.
UTILITY. Any individual, company, partnership, corporation or other entity and their officers, agents, servants, and employees, which are in the business of providing gas, water, electricity, telephone, telegraph, television and sewer services to the public.
