§ 36.33 PENALTY; DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES.
   The town adopts the additional 15% penalties to defray the costs of collection of delinquent taxes collected by the town as authorized by Tex. Tax Code, §§ 33.07 and 33.08 for the current year and each succeeding year thereafter.
