The Town Council hereby adopts the H-GAC of Governments-Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan, and vests the Mayor with the responsibility, authority and means to: inform all concerned parties of this plan; develop an addendum to this plan, if such addendum is needed; appoints the current Mayor to assure that the Plan will be reviewed annually and any need adjustments be presented to Town Council for consideration; and agrees to take such official action as may be necessary to carry out the objectives of the Hazard Mitigation Plan.
