The Judge or Clerk of the Municipal Court of the town shall complete a detailed monthly report. The report shall include the number of citations, type of citations issued, amount of community service assessed, total fines collected, and warrants issued for failure to appear, or violate promise to appear. Citations for ordinance violations shall include the charge(s) and address found in the violation. This report shall be made available to the Town Council and Town Secretary prior to start of the Council meeting.
