§ 33.06 ADOPTION OF RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE RELATING TO JUSTICE COURTS.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or the laws of the state, rules of practice and procedures prescribed by the laws of the state for the trial of criminal cases in the Justice of the Peace Courts shall be the rules of practice and procedure before the Municipal Court of the town.
