§ 33.02 TOWN SECRETARY AS EX OFFICIO CLERK.
   Pursuant to the provisions of Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat., Art. 1200, it is hereby provided that the Town Secretary shall be ex officio Clerk of the Municipal Court of said town.
