The agenda of every regular, special and emergency meeting of the Town Council shall comply with the requirements of said Texas Open Meeting Act and shall include, but is not limited to, the following items, to-wit:
(A) Invocation, if desired;
(B) Call meeting to order;
(C) Roll call of members and other officers;
(D) Reading and approval of minutes of previous meeting;
(E) Executive session, if needed;
(F) Open session;
(G) New business (items needing Council attention);
(H) Visitors business (if properly requested and on the agenda);
(I) Routine business and reports; and
(J) Adjournment.
