§ 32.16 OPEN MEETINGS ACT.

(A) The Texas Open Meetings Act (Tex. Gov’t Code, Chapter 551) shall be followed at all meetings and are hereby adopted; provided, however this section shall not apply when a different method of proceeding is required by ordinance of said town, or the Constitution and laws of the state or the United States of America.

(B) Robert’s Rules of Order shall be used as a guideline, where applicable, for Town Council meetings.
