(A) No vehicle shall park within 15 feet of any fire hydrant or flush valve within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) No person may place, cause to be placed, or deposit an obstruction in any ditch in the town, including but not limited to, dirt, sand, gravel, brush, tree limbs, leaves, motor vehicles, and/or other tangible property. Debris deposited for heavy trash pickup shall not be placed more than two weeks prior to scheduled pickup.
(C) It is an affirmative defense to division (B) of this section if the sand, dirt, or gravel is used only to cover a culvert and if such culvert is installed as required by § 96.02.
(D) All roadways must have 15 feet unobstructed passageway for emergency equipment.
(E) All commercial vehicles and trailers shall have a permit, unless making local deliveries. This permit will have a cost of $20 per year for each vehicle or trailer and must be posted in plain view.
(F) All vehicles must park by crossing over a culvert or parked over a culvert, and not on the edge of the roadway, in or across a ditch. Driving through ditches is not permitted.
