(A) As permitted by Local Government Code and the Transportation Code, the Town Council hereby designates as speed restricted intersections and authorizes the erection of speed restricted curve signs conforming to the requirements of the Texas Manual of Traffic Control Devices at the following intersections.
(B) A Ten Miles Per Hour (10 mph) Curve sign, to be placed at the intersection of Creekside Drive and Kelly Lane, causing traffic to stop on both roadways.
