(A) As, permitted by Local Government Code and the Transportation Code, the Town Council hereby designates as yield intersections and authorizes the erection of yield signs conforming to the requirements of the Texas Manual of Traffic Control Devices at the following intersections:
(1) On Creekside Drive at its intersection with North Texas Avenue, regulating traffic southbound on Creekside Drive.
(2) On Myles Lane at its intersection with East Texas Avenue and Eastern Way, regulating traffic off Myles Lane onto East Texas Avenue and/or Eastern Way.
(3) On South Sunset Boulevard at its intersection with North Sunset Boulevard, regulating traffic off South Sunset Boulevard onto North Sunset Boulevard.
(B) Any roadway intersecting and not crossing another roadway shall be designated a yield intersection, even if not posted as such.
