The Brazosport Facts is hereby designated the official newspaper of the Town of Holiday Lakes, Texas, and a descriptive caption of all ordinances, stating in summary the purpose of each ordinance, the penalty for violation thereof, as well as all notices and other matters required by said sections of said code or the ordinance of the Town of Holiday Lakes, Texas, to be published shall be published therein for a length of time and in the manner required by law.
