(A) Short-hand designation. On the official zoning map and elsewhere in this chapter this district may be designated “C-1”.
(B) Purpose. This district contains land which is used primarily for commercial businesses.
(C) Permitted uses. Any commercial use except those for which a specific use permit is required by § 153.23.
(D) Area requirements. Same as General Residence District.
