§ 153.04 RULES FOR INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   Where uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of districts as shown on the official zoning map, the following rules shall apply.
   (A)   Boundaries indicated as approximately following the centerlines of streets, alley, rights-of-way, easements, platted lot lines, town limits, and the centerlines of streams, rivers, canals or other waterways shall be construed as exactly following such centerlines.
   (B)   Boundaries indicated as approximately parallel to or extensions of streets, alleys, rights-of-way, easements, platted lot lines, town limits, and the centerlines of streams, rivers, canals or other waterways shall be construed as exactly parallel thereto or exactly an extension thereof.
   (C)   Distances not specifically indicated on the official zoning map shall be determined by the scale of such map.
