The entire area of the town is hereby divided into zoning districts in accordance with a comprehensive plan for the purpose of conserving the value of building and encouraging the most appropriate use of land throughout the community. These districts have been established with reasonable consideration of the character of the district and its suitability to the particular uses authorized for such district.
