§ 151.20 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Floodplain Administrator is to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and 44 C.F.R. §§ 60 et seq. (Emergency Management and Assistance - National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) pertaining to floodplain management.
