§ 111.01 HOURS FOR SALE OF BEER, WINE AND MIXED BEVERAGES.
   (A)   BEER, WINE and MIXED BEVERAGES. Shall have the same meaning set forth in Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, §1.04.
   (B)   The extended hours prescribed in Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, §§ 105.04 and 105.05(c) are effective in the town to allow the holder of a retail dealers on premise late hours’ license to sell, offer for sale, and deliver beer and wine between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on any day.
   (C)   The extended hours prescribed in Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, § 105.03(c) are in effect in the town to allow the holder of a mixed beverage late hours permit to sell and offer for sale mixed beverages between midnight and 2:00 a.m. in any day.
   (D)   Unless specifically provided otherwise in a conditional use permit at the time of issuance or renewal, each valid and unexpired conditional use permit for on premises consumption of beer, wine and mixed beverages granted prior to the adoption of this section shall be deemed amended to sell beer, wine and mixed beverages for on premises consumption during the extended hours authorized by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
   (E)   The Town Council shall review and consider the effectiveness of this chapter and its impacts on the community at its discretion.
   (F)   The town reserves the right to repeal this section at any time. This section does not create and shall not be construed to create any enforceable right to the continuation of this section or any right to receive compensation for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses alleged to have been incurred in reliance upon its adoption or suffered as a result of its repeal. The authorization to sell beer, wine, or mixed beverages for on premise consumption during the extended hours adopted by this section under any condition use permit expires upon the repeal of this section.
