§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Should any person, firm or corporation violate the terms or provisions of this ordinance, such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be fined in any sum, not to exceed $500.
