§ 110.14 SAVINGS CLAUSE.
Should any clause, section or provision of this chapter be declared unconstitutional and void by a court of competent jurisdiction such decision shall in no way affect the validity of the remaining parts, save the clause, section or part held unconstitutional is inseparable from and indispensable by the operation of the remaining parts. The Town Council of the town hereby declares that they would have passed those parts which are valid and would have rejected those parts which may have been held invalid had they known that such part or parts were void and unconstitutional at the passage of this chapter.
