§ 110.05 ISSUANCE AND DURATION OF PERMIT.
   Upon approval of application, the Town Secretary shall issue a vendor’s permit. No permit shall be issued prior to the expiration of 72 hours after the filing of the application. All permits issued shall be valid for a period of one year, unless sooner revoked.
