§ 110.01 PURPOSE.

This chapter is and shall be deemed an exercise of the police powers of the state and of the town for the public safety, comfort, convenience and protection of the town and the citizens thereof, and all of the provisions of this chapter shall be constructed to accomplish this purpose.
