§ 95.01 ADOPTION OF TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
   The town hereby adopts the outdoor burning rules as outlined in Tex. Administrative Code, Title 30, Chapter 111, §§ 201 - 221 and this chapter. The stricter of the two codes shall prevail.
